I’m a huge fan of Nutritional Yeast. I sprinkle it on my popcorn and toast, cook it into sauces, and basically put it on almost everything I eat. I’m addicted to its nutty cheesy flavor (and the fact that it serves as a vegetarian source of vitamin B12 is an added bonus). I always make sure to pack a big bag of Nutritional Yeast for any travel excursion. And when I’m away for a long time, it’s the first thing I request when people offer to send me care packages. Anyway, this stuff is good.
So….it’s only natural that when I was recently introduced to Parma! (vegan Parmesan sprinkles), I became just as addicted. And lately I’ve been carrying Parma! around everywhere I go. The ingredients are simple: Raw Organic Walnuts, Red Star Veg Support Nutritional Yeast, Celtic Sea Salt, and Love. And what’s especially awesome about Parma! is that it comes in a handy shaker for added convenience.
I recommend keeping Parma! in your bag or purse at all times so you don’t ever have to be without it. Then next time you’re stuck at a restaurant with measly vegetarian options (like a boring salad, baked potato, or pasta sauce)…simply whip out your Parma! container and you’re all set!
